How does the program work?
In most cases, you simply present your Savers Q card to receive discounts.
In some cases, you will have to present another form of identity.

Why will businesses give me discounts?

Participating retailers welcome our Savers Q members to build their profits.
Because Savers Q help their partners save money on advertising, they pass those savings directly to Savers Q members.

What if I have questions?

How do I enroll?

If your employer or association has a group plan, you may enroll in Savers Q at the preferred group rate by calling us on 07065200000.

If your employer or association does not participate, refer them to us and we will contact them to discuss our benefits program.

You may also join Savers Q individually by purchasing our membership at Mega Plaza: 14 Idowu martins street, Victoria Island. Lagos

Is my information private?

We respect your privacy! The information you provide allows us to protect the exclusivity of current Savers Q members, as well as to personalize the savings discounts that are available to you and/or your organization. Your personal information is never sold or otherwise provided to third parties for any reason. 

How can I get help solving a problem with a retailer?

Should you ever encounter a problem with a participating retailer, please contact us by e-mail or phone. With hundreds of retailers, we are constantly adding and training new merchants. Many retailers with high employee turnover are constantly training their employees.

If you encounter an employee that is not aware of the savers Q program or fails to honor the savers Q discount, we want to hear from you as soon as possible. In most cases, we can educate the new employee and resolve the problem before another member encounters the same problem. If you contact us by e-mail, we will reply and let you know what resolution was reached.

How do I know when new local businesses or special offers are added near me?

When registering your Savers Q Card, you will enter your city and state. Thereafter, you will receive regular e-mails that list special offers near your home. You may change the city and state in your personal profile to have the e-mail bulletins feature another area. The hottest deals are posted daily and offered while supplies last. Check the site daily.

May I recommend other businesses to join the Savers Q discount program?

Yes, please do! Just fill out the Recommend a Merchant form and we will contact them concerning our discount program.

Can I purchase additional memberships?

Enroll your spouse or another family member living at your same address at a discounted rate and extend your discount benefits! A second Savers Q Card is ideal for working parents, business travel and even helping kids save money.

How long has Savers Q been in business?

Since its founding in March 2009, Savers Q has provided discount plans to premier organizations.

How do I activate my card?

Once you purchase Savers Q card, you would need to fill the membership form, this information is used to print your permanent card. When you receive your card, you can begin receiving discounts immediately and is valid for one year.

Can I order extra Savers Q cards for my family?

You may order additional Savers Q cards for immediate family members living at your same address and for dependent children attending college.

I forgot my password! What should I do?

No problem. We can send it to the e-mail address in your profile. If you have recently changed your e-mail address and know that the address you use now does not match the address in your member profile, please contact us.

How can I report problems or make suggestions about your website?

Just contact us on 07065200000 and report the problem. We appreciate users who inform us of problems so we can improve the situation. 

How long is a business committed to the discounts offered? 

Merchant Partners are committed to the advertised discounts for a period of one year. At the end of the year the agreement may be amended, rescinded or continued as is. 

What is the catch?

There is no catch. Savers Q does not have any hidden charges or referral fees.
